چکیده

Die casting is an age-old process where molten metal poured into a cavity containing the impression of desire output to get casted component as final results. This when done with help machines, involves additional parameters such injection pressure, clamping force, etc. An integral part this also runner design which delivers from barrel machine mould. Two variations are implemented coolant pump housing component. The first simple vertical shot sub-runners at 2 local regions. second tilted gating points 4 fill time for calculated based on industrial thumb rule. Once and calculation complete, shots put through flow simulation obtained results compared each other manual calculations.
